# STBT: Notice on the Continuation of Prometheus Solutions Ltd. to BVI

**Dear STBT Investors,**

In accordance with Sections 180 to 183 of the BVI Business Companies Act 2004, Prometheus Solutions Ltd (**"Prometheus", “we”, “us”, “our”**) will be deregistering in the Republic of Seychelles and continuing into the BVI (“**Continuation**”) with effect from 2 January 2025.

***Legal and Operational Continuity***

* The Continuation will not impact the continuity of our business operations and financial commitments.
* Prometheus’s management structure and business activities will remain unchanged
* The terms of all existing agreements, contracts, and obligations will remain in full force and effect post-Continuation.

***Update to Notice Details***
