1. Submit the issuance request and add whitelist address via Telegram

2. Deposit USDC/USDT/DAI (ERC-20) from your whitelisted address to the dedicated Matrixdock address

3. STBT minted to your whitelisted address (up to 4 New York Banking days)

4. Start earning from T-bill yields

Redeem

1. Submit the redemption request via Telegram and accept the redemption quote

2. Transfer STBT to the dedicated Matrixdock address

3. STBT burned and underlying assets settled (up to 5 New York Banking Days)

4. Settlement in stablecoin to whitelisted address
